We transform parents into phenomenal leaders
Julia Black, creator of Lights On® Learning.
Why we do what we do
Children who love learning change the world. So we’re on a mission to get 10 million families shining their radiance into the world and making impact.
We help parents flick their child’s switch. Get them wired for Learning. Then activate their full potential.
‘Julia is able to see the gold in people they seemingly can’t see in themselves.’

‘As an educator of over 25 years, I was blown away by Lights On. Based on cutting edge educational practice, the neuroscience of teaching and learning, and research on mental well-being. It’s this combination that sets it apart. This really is top notch and implementing it really does bring about whole family transformation, as we are discovering!’

Lights On! Love Learning. Shine Bright.
OUR PURPOSE
We empower parents to reimagine the way their children learn.
OUR MISSION
We do this by transforming them into phenomenal leaders, guiding their children on a magical adventure deep into their potential.
OUR VISION
We see a world where ALL children love learning because children who love learning change the world.
‘Every time I share this vision I feel a mix of emotions. Both Lights On and Lights Off at the same time. A perfect blend of creative energy that reminds me this is a ballsy dream. It fills me with fear to announce it. It fills me with love to claim it as a possibility within my lifetime.’

‘Seeing the students tap into the core of who they are to believe in themselves has been amazing. Every single one is desperate to be freed to push themselves further and harder than people around them have ever imagined. I’m confident when you give them freedom they don’t settle for mediocrity, unless you do your best to convince them that that is their limit!’
