As the founder of Lights On® Learning, she has helped parents and educators reignite curiosity, confidence, and creativity—not just in children, but within themselves.
Her journey began when her own daughter’s struggles with traditional education led her to create the Lights On® framework, a revolutionary approach designed to activate a lifelong love of learning. With a background in documentary filmmaking (earning BAFTA and Grierson nominations) and an MA in International Relations, Julia brings a unique perspective to leadership, mindset, and transformation.
